If the packge takes over 2 months in transit (3-4 months Brazil & Mexico&Chile )and still didn't arrive or lost ,we can offer full refund .

> Product defective

 The fabrics of the garments we use are much more complex than ordinary garments, and the fabrics usually have many prints on them, so they are not as durable as ordinary garments.

Due to the long distance transportation, the clothes may be wrinkled and uneven during delivery. After you receive it, you can ask customer service for a [washing guide] for ironing treatment. Clothes will soon be restored to flat ~

When you receive the package, please check If you receive your order completely. If there is missing or damaged, please send us a mail to with your order number and issue and the team will take care of it as soon as possible^^

(The customer must email us within 15 days after the package delivered successfully.)

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order arrived , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.(You can have a try,but please keep the costume clean and complete )

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment cannot be refunded.

2: Worn, used or altered items cannot be returned.

3:Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged total cost on the order as returning shipping fee. This makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us. Also, you have to pay for the new shipping fee if you would like to receive again.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Notice: Returning shipping fee and resend shipping fee will need to bare by buyers.

What if the size is unsuitable?

We accept returning for exchange or refund within 15 days after you receive our products, if the size is not fit. But you should afford the returning shipping fee by yourself. So please take care of choose size and refer to our size chart. The payment of the products can be fully refunded when we received the new completed item with tag.

What if part of my order is missing or defecting?

First of all, If all items are confirmed to be shipped but you still have a missing item, please contact us with this information.

We can check the orders only if it is reported within 15 days of receipt.

Your order will be handled under following procedure:

1) You will be asked to send photos of the received items and the package.

2) We will check on our shipping system if the item is omitted from the original shipment.

3) When confirmed as missing item, we will process refunding or resending for the missing item.

  However, if omitted item checks as sold out, then it will be refunded immediately as well.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
